Sales and Delivery

Experience tickets and order confirmation are always sent to the specified email address.

The responsibility for the experience ticket transfers to you as a consumer at the time you receive the ticket.

Once you have paid for an experience, the experience ticket is always sent to the specified email address. If you do not receive an email, you should first check if our email has ended up in your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, you can contact us directly for assistance.

The responsibility for the experience ticket transfers to you as a consumer at the time you receive the ticket via email, and you should therefore check as soon as possible if the contents of the email and the experience ticket correspond with the order and order confirmation.

Prices

VAT

All prices at Eataly Stockholm are stated in SEK and include VAT. Excluded are

experiences that, due to their content and nature, are exempt from VAT according to the rules of the VAT law.

Experience Gift Cards

Our gift cards are amount-based gift cards that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be combined and must therefore be used individually. Please note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if this is not adhered to.

Price and Printing Errors

We reserve the right for price and printing errors on our website, social media, newsletters, and other mailings, and reserve the right to cancel the order if it involves a significant and/or obvious error.
