If You Choose to Cancel or Reschedule

More than 5 days before the experience, you can rebook by contacting lascuola@eataly.se directly. Rescheduling is permitted only once per reservation.

Less than 5 days before the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please be aware that experiences often involve preparations that incur costs that must be covered, and therefore you cannot get a refund for the experience.

On the Day: If unforeseen circumstances occur just before or on the day of the experience (e.g., illness), you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact [lascuola@eataly.se] for assistance. No refunds or rebooking are permitted.

Refund

When you shop on Eataly Website, you are subject to the Distance Contracts Act. This means that you have a 14-day right to a refund from the day of your purchase, if the ticket has not been used and the experience has not been booked. Please note that purchases made directly in our physical store are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.
